I have 2 orders running -ve.. Gj for sell... what u guys think on monday ?

I think the ES (s and p e-minis) could be a bear flag and if so may break down on Monday

BUT gj has to complete the right shoulder and test 160.50 , this is liekly to happen in Asian or Uk session . We should see drop off this

The drop is not guaranteed , the move to 160.5 zone is though.

Just reading the Saturday papers. Again unrest in the UK political landscape.
Brown said in today's The Guardian and London Times that he "could" leave it all behind him...... Right now it seems that 200 MP's repaid about 500.000 in illegal obtained "advantages". By now 20 politicians have stepped up in total but many more are expected to follow. This could bring gbp under renewed attacks the coming week.

Your comments would be appreciated on this weekly candle...

Now very clear sign that she may tank but in a step by step as next week another 500pips for Daily chart look possible..but I what i mentioned 160.50 should test first maybe Monday London perhaps..then may see a very good setting from this area for long term short until July and perhaps end of Y2009....

No more Bull trend i think.....

1. If break @ neckline 154.XX area then another shoulder?...
2. Then if break another neckline @ 141.XX area then another new low?

So for the time being focus in the red box will be a safe for next week strategy until NFP next Month...

So am strong bearish and no long (accept for my scalp) and will load more and more short at my H1/H4 retracement area and hoping my LTL to break & neckline @ ~ 154.50-152.50 area and close below that area ~ 1st or 2nd week of July 09.....then until end of my year I'll used this as my this baseline of my long term short...

Unless there are some BS news or market manipulation....my view will be no more valid..

I could be wrong as am no a pro/high level profile trader...but this is what i saw after spend a few hour by zoom in and zoom out on my chart....Good luck

P/S : I do not know what others view and opinion but for those Sr..pls correct me if am wrong as i am on my way to keep continual improve on my self and trying to apply what ever i have learn so far....

I rather trade from the center out. if you notice the GBP/USD there were several longs over the past several weeks. Right now it seems to be in a wedge. I will only look for shorts on cable when it breaks the solid red trend line.

Concerning the GBP/JPY, I may look for a short but need to move to lower time frame for an entry.

I believe that both the GBP/USD and the GBP/JPY will begin to range for the next two months.

The low of the range for both would be around the horizontal line.
GBP/JPY - 154.50ish to 162.50ish for a range of 800 pips or so.
GBP/USD - 1.5825ish to 1.6575ish for a range of 750 pips or so.

Just a thought, not a recommendation

Pandora and I are on same page . This is a long post with 5 chaets. I have tried to make notes on the charts. I think it is wroth the time to digest as I think we see a cintinuation of the move down in the markets next week. The Phily Fed report was likely cooked to manipualte market prices for options expiry on Friday.

GBPJPY

test 160.6 is 100 % sure. I am hoping this happens in Asia on Sunday starting with gap up , then test . This for sure would show that we are going to form a shoulder at 160.50.

dollar index showing some hints of bullish. We have a test of the ltl we found some buying interest around 80. If that stopping volume plays out we could see a move up in the dolalr index to 81.56. (2nd chart) , this would be bearish for GU and eu

gbpusd
see comments on charts , right now I think we move into 1.6600 test to complete cycle. Then as long as this holds and if the dollar index plays out a move down to 6250 will follow (3rd chart)

eurusd
see note on chart .. if that 1.4000 level does not hold then test 1.4350 is in order , but if that stopping volume on dollar index chart plays out we will see low vol test 1.4030 in asia / europe for move down to 1.3800 (4th chart)

as long as 8650 hold (50 sma on daily )we should see move down over next 2 weeks to 8288 and then 8000 zone. I will be looking for any kind of pireceing of that upper trend line (5th chart)'

i found out this as small plan to mal...i am expecting gj to test 160 level first on monday before we go down..a break of this level will puch gj back to 162.55 so let see how it play out..i wish u all happy weekend.
