need simple ea

can somebody create ea that work like that;

1. enter position in long side at market price, lot size start 0.1 then set
SL -15
TP +30
2. if SL hit, automatically enter position in short side but lot size increase
in double from stage 1. then again put
SL -15
TP +30
3. if SL in (2) hit, automatically enter position in long side but lot size
double from stage 2, then again
SL -15
TP +30
4. if SL in (3) hit, automatically enter position in short side then lot size double from stage 3. then again
SL -15
TP +30
5. the process will continue untill target profit is hit

6. if TP hit then start the process again like stage 1.
