There are many women traders out there. Unfortunately, MR Market beats them up just like He beats up the men. Linda Rashcke, Dana Galante, Raghee Horner are the famous ones.

Here at FF, there are some good female traders (at least from their postings).

not just trading but IMO females are good at all works including clerical works...they just concentrate on what they doing unlike man this is the best quality of female power.

The point is, If women were any more able or suited for trading then there would be alot more of them In the industry. Can anyone tell me what the % of women is In the City or Wall street? And I dont want to hear any BS about predjadice, I know for a fact that If your in charge and you have a choice between a good male trader and an amazing female trader, then your going to chose the woman. Its all about the money.

I hardly think so. For a good secretary you are looking at more like $4,000 - $6,000 a month (if not more).
