one trade from yesterday--cadjpy long. took profits when price did not behave as expected.

i have two limit orders in place: long and short; initial stop set 2% of total equity, trailing stop at 4% and take profits set to 50% of entry price.

worst case scenario--i get stopped out on both orders, then I am down 4, maybe 5%.

limit buy filled--immediately stopped out, down 2.23%. Price did not shoot up (or down) as expected. Cancelled short order.

saw a good setup off eur/usd weakness and went short--+4.60%. Sometimes, you gotta know when to break the rules. i am back in the black!
