167.50 is the max i can see for now.. but before that... there will be consolidation or Wave 4.
This thing is on a mission to go break the upper trend line..which is at 181xx...
i think u should check on ur wave count that is not where wave 1 should be...1 on top of wave 2 while wave 3 travel away from wave 3 ....check it out..

I know .. I just put it there wave1 and wave 2..just for visual..Like I said before..I am only concerned with wave three..( from 143 to 160.. was definately wave 3.. but I dont think it ended.. should end in 162- to 163 area...IMO) than wave 4.. (where it would end). trade wave 5, with confidence!!

After I posted my 4HR chart.. went to see other peoples analysis..looked at ACTIONFOREX. SITE very surprised to see.. they have very similar analysis.. Check it out.

as a good traders our analysis sometime become the samething so if urs is same as there own ...then u should trade ur chart...ur analysis so far not bad even we get different resistance or support value but they are in same level only some of it look different...

Thanks.. I am glued to the computer for last 2 years. Read books.. tried other peoples strategy..( no definate results) got rid of things that didnot work for me.. only applying what works technically also mentally(psychology of mind) + money management..not fundamentally..( news is out of my system).

Major news I keep my ear and eye open for it.. and try not to trade those days..specially Fridays... (double-- tripple witching hours...option expiry..NFP. and stuff)

Most importantly I BELIEVE in myself.. when I am wrong I accept. and take the loss.. instead of running it deep..in the HOPE. that it will come back..and atlest break me even.When HOPE comes into trading.. usually you loose.

i want u to notice this.

dont forget wave 4 cannot enter wave 2 of motive wave so gj should not go more than 150 level....on my chart 150 .90 is a good level to retest and bounce ....
if gj break the channel line at 150 it this will make it fall more, 147 could come..
i can be wrong but my 2nd target is 150 while my 1st target 152..

Thanks for clearing that up about wave count... If wave 4 cannot enter wave 2 .. then this thing is definately going higher..wave 3 higher .. then Wave 4 down .. has to be above 150.90 level.. now you can imagine where wave 5 can end up...high . high up.up. IF 150.90 is broken.. than whole scenario is invalidated..

good stuff..

Note on weekly price pulled back after touching 50ema.. and if you go by 55 ema.thats is about 200- 300 pips away from last high(160.44)

there is no sign of heavy fall yet..GU fall because treasury bond is rising and uj is closer to 100...eu first bounce from 14sma monthly next gu bounce of it from 66 level and now to my opinion 14sma on gj monthly is still valid and we could touch it before any feep fall...because gu will still retrace back up after this down trend on fibo level 38.2.....look at ur gj weekly and monthly chart fibo level and 14sma ....set the fibo weekly from last year high and this year low u will see that level 50% is next level and that is a critical level that gj can start falling by next month the bear could enter for heavy fall as people have been calling here...trend is still bullish weekly and monthly no heavy fall yet so possible 150 for buying 147 is out of the channel line ....i can be wrong but this is my plan...

So we should be seeing all blue candles on monthly.. 167xx level is in the cards..I would aim for 61.8% from last years high to this years low .. 61.8%178xx level.. but first 167xx..

Good Job bro....nice chart and very accurate....the channel keep it up but if the channel since 119 is broken that confirm heavy fall....

My weekly and monthly chart is exactly the same as yours.. all the blue lines you plotted even the one which is crossing Diagonally too.

Agree with your analysis.. but not with the OB levels. If you see Rsi or even MACD.. in weekly (not reached even 0 level) or monthly( didnot even reach to cross over.. still extremely low) or 4 hr( just bounced off 0 level ..on Friday).. They can still go up.. usd/jpy has room to go another 100 pips to 100 level( looks like its forming a bullish engulfing pattern on monthly) . This can drag Gpb/Jpy 300 pips easily.. So pound can at least go to 162- 163 level or higher to 165xx level..as you have said as well.

I like to check various weekend quotes to give me an idea of the Sunday open. This one in particular interests me:

Call it coincidence or self fulfilling prophesy, but every time real market opens, price has reached the same as the linked site. There may not be a mathematical GU and UY reason, but everytime this has worked out.

A month or so ago, this site was quoting an 800 pip drop. People here were simply saying it's wrong, ignore it. Markets opened and price soon made it's way 800 pips south.

This isn't a call, but if this link still shows 159.31 at market open, I will be going long. I also think we're going to test 160 again at least.

gj may well range if uj moves up and gu mopves down . GU is going to be a way easier pair to trade iof this happens for swing traders , gj unless you are day trading the range ( liekly 154 to 158 ish ) is going to whipsaw a swinger trader to bits unless they wait for the right entry.

uj daily claear up , gu daily clear down , eu daily clear down .... there are easier pairs to swing trade than gj right now ....

She may hit 160 if the downmove reverses in the GU , however the movement down in the GU is not because of Gordon brown retiring or rumours of it. It is because the US bond yields have been rising and the USD is getting stonger due to possible interest rate hikes. The wires say that this is due to the economoy picking up .... BS ... it is due to the fact that the US has been printing money like crazy and inflation is becoming a concern ... that is why interest rates may be hiked.

You mean you will short GU and long UJ for this week? if yes what is your setup?
