Looking for regulated broker offering mini lots

I have been looking for a new broker for a few months now and thought I would post over here and see if I can find any good suggestions.

I would like a broker that would allow trading in mini lots for denomination purposes and low spreads.

I would like the broker to be regulated by a legitimate organization.

I would like the broker to have a solid web platform (not JAVA) and a stable mobile platform that permits placing Stop and Limit orders. no charting or fancy quirks are necessary.

I think that I can meet any minimum deposit requirements.

I have tried IB and Oanda out and am now hesitant to sign up with ACM after that the Swiss authorities started investigating them in April.

so, ACM is out of the picture. since they offer 3 - 4 pip spreads on the EURUSD; nevermind that they are being investigated. GFT hunts stops on individuals' platforms and manipulates entry prices. fxcm and fxsol are scam brokers... and, from experience, IB's mobile platform is unstable.

where do I go for a broker like Oanda with Oanda's spreads and with web/mobile platforms? Please help.

Anything you dont like about Oanda? Out of all the non-ECN brokers out there, Oanda is the best and legit.

I like Oanda. It has become a Great broker.

Unfortunately, it does not offer a web platform and one can only place market orders on its mobile platform. Otherwise, Oanda is good.

i have to say this oanda is a very good and legit broker and their platform is not all that bad but the connection is very unstable.
I've had days when i've been in the middle of trades and their platform has dissconnected me oftenly.
If they correct this i see no need to look for any other broker.

How much is mini lots? 0.01 or else?

Micro = 1,000
