If that what you say, I guess you have to gain more experience in the market. My advise is, forget about the rumors(news), forget about other charts, just concentrate on the only pair that you trade, also enforce your understanding in the candlestick pattern and try to read Bill Williams methodology of trading. Hope this helps.
