excellent bro! wonderful adjustments actually! ... i've seen some claims about the cpu usage when plotting that indicator and its true (specially if you're using small tfs like M5 in order to get accurate results), so i've added one line at the beginning of the start function so it only calculates when new bar opens hopefully it will greatly reduce the usage, couldnt test it after that line but i guess its working, BTW is there anyway we can make an indicator sleep for like 20 seconds? the sleep function is not working for the indicators (as mt4 stated on their site)

when setting the period to x days, the loop that will calculate the POB (not to mention the other loops inside that indicator) will be repeated in the same amout you have when you sum all the numbers between (period*(60/timeframe)*24) and 0.

where the timeframe is in mins, so if M30 then it will be equal to 30 .... that loop will be repeated when EACH TICK ARRIVES

so when using M5 chart and 6 days period you must sum all the numbers between 1728 and 0

P.S: the result is not accurate, dont want to turn it to math lecture, the actual result is larger

, I use 6-8 days as well, my cpu can handle the extended periods, but a big thanks! for the efficiency adjustments. It will help a lot of persons.

The Sleep() function suspends execution of the current expert within the specified interval.
The Sleep() function cannot be called from custom indicators since they calculate in the interface thread and may not decelerate it.


i had to change an indicator that writes bars information when new car opens and calls a program to convert it to metastock in order to use it with tradeguider, the problem i had was when i open the terminal the indicator will function immediately, so the new data will be missing (you must wait 'till its downloaded), so if you open the terminal after 1 week, only the data stored before you closed the terminal last time are the ones that will be converter ... of course thats not a problem when using low tfs, but when using H4 you'll have to wait for another new candle to open to get the newly downloaded data.

that problem was solved by converting it to EA but i feel they must do something about it.
i hope i made it clear enough,

P.S i'll post a trend map (all qqe for different pairs) in a few which often shows the same problem, so i have to load it twice to get the real readings.

Hello Obaidah and Godfrey or Others,

I was trying to convert the Better Volume indicator 1.4 to All BV indicator where you can see all histogram in different TF with each window like All Stoch, All RSI and All QQEA. Since these other All indies are more easier than the histogram because it just drew the lines.

For drawhistogram on different TF, to me I don't have experiences with MT4, I just started learning it for few days. My problem is that when I attached the All B indy to my chart, it did not draw a histogram but it draw a line instead histogram BAR. I noticed those high churn,low climax were drew correctly.

For me, it is useful for me to findout those bars on the same screen instead I have to click different TF.

Anyway, any advises for me how to fix the problem? Or there is some limitation on MT4. I will post the indies / or picture here if needed for troubleshooting. Thanks in advance.

GBPJPY: I'm not sure about the direction of next week but im biased to ranging market, will wait and see how the week unfolds, the comming COT report could be useful.

GBPUSD: is currently in consolidation mode, i would prefer looking for buying opportunities targeting 1.600s, a close below monthly pivot is not a good news for this.

people need to take some days off trading is boring so u cannot get what u have during this time but here is a chart u can add the experience to urs there u will find what to expect next week.
