divergences on small time frames ... it is by far the best indicator I have ocme across to show those divergences clearly.
two trades -- 60 pips and 40 pips... easy money in a scalpers world , both basedo n diveregcne of rsx and some volume pivot levels
, The RSX indicator is the smoothest indicator for finding divergencies. If you place a stochastic oscillator on top of an RSX, you'll see they generally have the same major twists and turns, but the RSX is so much smoother.I realized the RSX was good for trending when I created an EA based of the Hull Moving Average and the RSX. When I optimized the RSX for best profitability, I was getting very large numbers for the RSX input, which I would never have normally thought to use. (like 60 up). That's why I mentioned to you sometime ago, to expand the RSX to capture the swing trading range. But I think it works better in Cable than Geppy for that longer term purpose.
Incidentally, just a tip, you guys should also experiment with the type of moving average used in the MA of RSX

something not right .... why do i smell mark down ?
who is selling ? volume is in divergence all way down .. getting less and less .. I maybe looking for longs soon . Benny up in 45 min and then stress test results 1.5 hours

News for those who use "Hedging" 
New rules are about to go into effect in the Forex market; how will these changes affect you?
This is from the NFA, dated April 13, 2009:
"New Compliance Rule 2-43(b) requires an FDM to offset positions in a customer account on a first-in, first-out basis, thereby prohibiting a trading practice commonly referred to as "hedging." A customer may, however, direct the FDM to offset same-size transactions even if there are older transactions of a different size. Rule 2-43(b) is effective for any positions established after May 15, 2009. Offsetting positions that were established prior to the effective date do not have to be liquidated, but once either position is closed out after May 15, it may not be reestablished as a hedge."
