You can use it in several ways...you can use it how I explained in the first post (only as confirm when it goes over 80 20 levels), or you can use it as a signal of reversal when it is over 80 20 levels and starts changing direction (this is less risky), or you can use the crosses with MA of RSX (that is a RSX with period 10) to spot long and short signals (beware of ranging because it gives bad signals). The last way is to use it's divergence (better if with high timeframes)...many people use this beacuse it's well preforming...
