Hello everyone. I've been here before 2 months ago. Now Im having a school 2 months break so Im back to trading. Hmmm.. Where is everybody? I miss the old members. Even though I have not participate actively in posting, Ive been following this thread. Seem like the thread is going off somewhere.. Anyone active in Eur/USD now?

Hi friends,
Been trading the EUR/USD long since the end of the asian session at 1.3250. A number of attacks and a couple of rescues. Last attack started a couple of hours ago at 1.3290 and finished at 1.3350. I am finished for the day as the NY session is almost over. Another good day.

Looking foreward to Thursday. Hope there are some good movements with the EUR/USD.

there is a possible rate cut today , yet the euro does seem to be resisting any down move , that shld say a lot about direction ,

the jump was caused by AU , AU jumped 100 pips with wonderful unemployment news

Thanks for puttig it here.... i guess u r right its kinda agree i dont see USD bull making much advances.... some time i have seen the mkt do exactly opposite before taking a ride on other side..

I just thought of something,
we all know that a down move is faster than an upmove ,
and we also assume that its because fear creeps in faster than greed ...
I just thought of it mathematically ,
like what fti sir said about the wilder's table ,
moving down percentage has greater numerical value than moving up ...
example , when gbp was 2.0 moving to 1.5 represents 25% drops in value ,
now moving from 1.5 to 2.0 represents 33% increase in value ,

thats why a drop is always faster than a rally ....

Nice to see some activity. Remember that there is this skype chat..

Be nimble today, 0.25% eur bid rate cut expected (not half). Whatch out for possible Quantitative Easing.. if mentioned will cause eur/usd drop heavily.

Also there is US unemploymend and bank stress tests release later today.

The EurUsd weakness is supported by some US employment data that were better than expected. Right now, It is breaking the resistance at 1.3400 and trading at 1.3386

Unit labor costs Q1 2009: +3.3%
Consensus: +2.7%
