yes,i am always aware of when news comes out-a must when trading-the jpy news went against us at 7:50 but this happens-i love to trade the news but only with tight stops-it is the gambling portion of my account with only 1 lot and only if i have 100 pips for the week-currently have +163- hope to be still in when news comes around-thanks for the heads up-much appreciated

0039 GMT [Dow Jones] AUD/JPY may get boost up if Australian March jobs data better than expected, says JP Morgan Chase's Tohru Sasaki; strong job data may strengthen expectations of rate hike next month. I'm new to FF and just came across your thread. Can't say I read all 1,545 posts... but I did hit about 800 or so. Definately worth the read! You've done a great job... keep it going!

Not trying to debate, I just held those positions for one 30min candle and I have now reversed my position and now back in the same direction as trader101, just played the other way because of the news.

It is not correct all the time because everything is theoritical, sometimes i made 3 trials before hitting the correct theritical path, that is why i use a tracer (demo) account in the beginning that will guide my real account to the correct path of the price action. It becomes complicated now...
Trader1 - man..I would hate to see it get complicated! I hope you do reveal your method some day, for our sakes, but I wouldn't blame you if you don't. Great stuff.
