I see you're doing the 5M charts there. So what average expected size of swing or average tfs are you looking at ussualy - to put that TL or major S/R on, so that a break of it will mark a serious 5M trend for you ? 1h / 4h ?
And do you specificly prefer to trust these moves on Friday ? How about the high volume Wendsday and Thursday or the low volume start of the week..

ie. on Friday I was only going long. (and strong but small tragets)
When I have the trend I look for a reason to buy.
the two things I was looking for on friday were TL &/or R breaks.
I could also have been looking for IB but I was not on friday.
The Friday thing and trust... no quite the Opp.
I trust friday less because as you said .. low Vol. ..
in less Vol. The Round numbers play a bigger role.
mainly because.. The Futures players (the really big dogs or maybe I should sa hogs)
push a lot more in the small vol. to make their contracts.
and no one else is playing anyways so move become greater.
& the MM like to use there two facts to clear there books of SL.
our question about "1h & h4" I am not sure what you are asking
.. I do watch the LT/ & R/S on higher time frames and candles.
you don't need to, but you will have less false breaks if you do.

how long u been trading this system....
and what is the winning to loss ratio?
off and on 10 yrs or more...
Its a VERY VERY basic system -- strong trend only
... so it works 30% of the time or less.
... trading 101 .... really
I want to see what system works for a pair at this time.
I like the EUR/USD, the EUR/GBP, EUR/JPY, AUD/USD
if I can milk one of these cows ... I will milk it all week.
If not I will play with all the majors
but I would rather find a system and one pair
and get the movements in that pair
... the longer the better.
I don't think this system will likely work this week if not
I will try and find one that will.

I have added a 20 ems (white) not for trend
I want a little pip room
ie. I want the candle to come from on the wrong side of the trend
or every close to the trend
esp. on the 1 min candle
working ok to night

the attached chart seems a chopy market, I thought you would have avoided this type of market. if your strategy could survives in the below market, then, I would say you can trade any market. probably I am misunderstanding what you are doing. do you mind share with some market condition you don't feel comfortable to trade with this system? thank you

I think in a trend -- this system will work great!!
Trends can come in any time frame.
I do not think this trend will last very long.
I think we will get range trading this week - at least at 1st
But who knows
I see a trend lets have some fun!!
lets try a stoch setting "9"
to pick out the tops

and this being Monday I think it could be an interesting day.
So I will be trading short timer frames.
a. I will be watching the 15 min charts for big picture and S/R
b. I will be finding the trend on the 5 min chart.
c. I will find sell signs on the 1 min charts
