(FTI) If you had not noticed, if you master my presentation, you would find that you are well position to tackle congestions ( which is 70% of market sequenses) as well as trends, although the basis of analysis is on trends. The nimbleness it affords youallows you to maneuver from one mode to the other easily provided your ego is not in the driver seat and you are in non predictive mindset. Funny that no one noticed it. Of course the prerequisite is that you have to be re analysing your position and constantly re-mapping yourself against the terrain.

Numbers did not make much of an effect.

You guess right...we are getting a house.
But cheap is relative to price range and location...The high end has dropped like a rock, the low end has not and probably will not.

I am looking to buy a house within the next 2-3 month...not because they are cheap and we have a buyer market but because I have my cash parked in a bank account and I expect a huge inflation coming and we hate living in an appartment.

yea , I've realized property (land especially) is the key against inflation , I plan to buy some small property too when I have some extra money ...

Again it is relative in NYC.... though prices have tumbled like 10% -15% but still away from a NORMAL MIDDLE CLASS people....

the one thing is historic low rate to buy a House so some first time buyers are trying for it....
