I do not see any green lines on my charts, only red lines. So the candle the red line is sitting on will be the stop loss? When does the Green line appear?

green line is a down pointing fractal which is below the current candle.

Most of my charts have a red line, but none have a green line.

go to the objects list on the chart, see if there are two vertical lines painted. I'm sure there is a green line mentioned, but probably off the chart.

yes there is swing low and swing high lines. Is it important to see both lines, or are they just there for the ea to use?

Zoom out on the chart. The vertical lines are to show what the EA is using to reference as the swing high/low

I only see the red vertical line. I edited the low/green line to make it very thick, I zoomed out, on 4hr, 1day, 1 week on multiple charts and have never seen the green line. I guess as long as I know it is working I should not worry about it.

In the objects list, double click on the lines there and look at the timestamp of those lines.

My charts do not go back any where close to that date.

Technically, there is only one bar which qualifies as an entry bar. So, if you exit in the same bar as the entry bar, yes, the EA might re-enter the trade for you.

As for deciding to exit, there are a few ways:

  1. Opposite signal (if enabled)
  2. Stoploss hit
  3. 2nd stage exit criteria hit.

has anyone compared the results of the AshFX VII and the Auto Trader? Does any one have and feed back on the differences?

Do they both have the same DD and get in to trades about the same time?

MoveStopOnce = Was originally a move-to-breakeven function. But some people wanted move to breakeven + 1, - 4 etc.

Does it work to have trailingstop and movestoponce both turned on? Would it use trailing stop until the Movestopwhenprice is reached?

How does the risk option work? Should it be set to 5, 10, 50 etc? What is the range?

Risk is a % of your available margin
If presented with multiple stop-loss options, the EA takes the tightest stoploss.

The indicators are standard MT4 indicators, so there is no need for you to have to put them on the chart.

My recommendation to you alpine is to experiment with the EA(s). Play with the functions and see what happens. The worst case is you lose demo dollars.

I want to thanks all the contributors , programmers for takeing the time to do this and give freely . Between the dashbourd the sighnal tpl and the eas I feel very confident . If I cant win some pips here I might as well give up tradeing and l love i too much to give up now . Ill post charts as thing progress and thanks again !
