There is a simple way to get that levels without so much coding. Just draw a normal fibo (top and bottom of the range) and get into the Fibo levels and input the following:
Level - Description
1 - 52.78 %$
0 - 47.22 %$
2.622 - 61.80 %$
0.5 - 50.00 %$
-1.622 - 38.20 %$
5.248 - 76.40 %$
-4.248 - 23.60 %$
9.493 - 100.0 %$
-8.493 - 0.00 %$
Everytime you draw a fibo, you will have the indicator and it is much easier to work with.Ignored

DislikedGail, I still have the problem with settings when the time period straddles midnight. The picture below demonstrates what happens. I used the settings you instructed me to use. It's no big deal because I can adjust manually. Just thought you'd like to know. Have a great weekend.Ignored
Dislikedkihl;
How are you calculating the "Levels"?
I would like to add 14.60% & 85.40%.
And you are correct. It is much simpler & transpses time.
Thanks.Ignored
DislikedLet see if you can understand my engrish
In the fib tool the 0 and 1 levels represents the 0% and 100% respectively. In your version the 0 and 1 levels are the 47.22% and 52.78% respectively.
the difference between 47.22% and 52.78% is 5.56%
85.40% Level = (85.40%-52.78%)/5.56% + 1 = 6.867
14.60% Level = (14.60%-47.22%)/5.56% + 0 = -5.867Ignored
DislikedHow can I redraw a box? It repaints it to timeframe coordinates that are in the input rather than what I redraw on the chart.
It also draws it independent of price range chosen in the input.
I also had problem drawing a box that spans across US session and Asian session .
I like your indicator as it does not clutter up chart as it draws the fibo lines on right corner rather than all across the chart.Ignored
DislikedTry the latest version that I posted for Tradewell 1.5. This should fix the problem of a box that spans the US/Asia session. If you want a box that starts at 22:00 and ends at 2:00 the next day, set nextdayend to 1. The box should only be getting drawn to the hours or range you select when the indie is initialized. After that you should be able to select the box and drag it to where you want. You can also use a range that you input instead of a box to define the fibo, and not the box. To do that set RangeMethod to 1. You can also turn the display...Ignored
DislikedHi Scrutch:
Which ICCE version you are using please? I am just using the one provided by Bemac on the first page of this thread. And please, could you please posts ALL the fibs that Bemac is using? It's getting a bit confusing which version of ICCE we are suppose to use and which fibs should be included for this indicator. Thanks.
Have a good one

DislikedHi Jeff,
I'm using the one posted by Bemac on page one of the trading thread as well...I'm in a bit of a rush here and can't find my list of fibs that I took notes of while reading through the posts. Had the grandkids over yesterday and I may have to look closely at the drawings they made, perhaps my notes are on the back side of one of those.
I really like the one that Gail posted because of the range box.
Doesn't matter which pair you open, the fibs show and you can adjust with the square. Also like the values on the far right hand side but...Ignored

I still did not make it work...can you please put some screen shots with explanation. In other thread Bemac and others have box, channel on their chart but I can not get it...Can you help please? Thank you.Ignored

DislikedI think best would be to code one only official ICCE indicator which fits the needs of all.
For my opinion the best would be to:
Use the one that Scott coded as the base, code the user options which I modded and paint the selected range as a box (mod by MissPips).
I think the basic idea is to plot range channels.
Scott made some interesting investigations with the 22:00 to 24:00[font=Arial] timebox which got already coded but...Ignored
