Data Feed?

Hello,

I am currently working on creating a commercial application that will be for forex traders and I am looking for a data feed. All aspects should be perfectly legal and I cannot afford to make a mistake. Please anyone can recommend me any good free/cheap data feed for forex (tick by tick) that I might use?

Dukascopy offers FREE charts, and if you can live with a 1 minute update, you can get a streaming data feed.

I see FREE MT4 demo accounts all over, these days. Most demo accounts don't even expire. MT4 has the ability to communicate with a DLL. I would just have a DLL written, to export the live feed. You could even export history.

But is the MataTrader data legally free for commercial use?
