Dislikedyes i trade full time to grow my money and others as well...:-))...Ignored
Dislikedwell, i have always said that i dont trade TFs less than 1H....i see the SR of 1H charts on a 5M chart and trade accordingly.Ignored
DislikedThat's great Karthik. I assume you also manage Funds (I hope it's not against forum rules to ask this)...
If you don't mind, I would like to PM offline you whenever you have some free timeIgnored
DislikedI see. thanks karthik.
actually I found some reasonable moves (retrace before next step) can make sense from M15 levels,,,, see some of the moves right now are M15 levels. seeing the move are to consolidate previous gaps makes me comfortable that the move is for some reason... but I don't trade M15 levels.
but I agree H1 levels are major, thanks for the info.

DislikedKarthik,
I didn't understand when you say SR of 1H on 5 M chart. Can you please elaborate?Yesterday I post chart of 5M and 1Hr with the indicator and SR on both the chart were different.Ignored
DislikedSo in your entry you use 5M chart with indicator of 64 frame setting.Ignored
DislikedLet me start by saying I am a novice at using the Karthik Method, but trying to explain my umderstanding to help me further understand, if I am right or get corrected if I am wrong.
For a quick example, look at USHCHF 1Hr, it hit 1.1475, this was also a resistance level on Apr 2nd, see that? This would have been a good entry to take short. Once spotted on a 1hr chart which gives you the macro picture, then flip to 5min to look at micro level to gauage price action for best entry.
When 1hr shows a MM Line and 5min, doesn't have one at the same...Ignored

DislikedExactly this is what I have concern, if the 5 MM doesn't have one at the same level then what to do?Ignored
Dislikedwell, i take the SR from 1H chart and use it on the 5M charts...Ignored
DislikedJust to understand little better. You take all the levels from 1H chart and the switch the chart to 5M or open another chart of 5M and see the price action on 1HR SR.
if you have indicator attached to chart and switch to 5M then you will see different SR on 5M which I think you don't look at it right?Ignored
Dislikedthere is another indicator posted somewhere in this thread, which plots 1H SR in 5M charts...Ignored
