I'm much happier viewing all the different timeframes as one now. I used to think of them almost as separate from each other, now I see as you start from the daily chart and go in, it is just like putting a magnifying glass on the last half / third of the preceding chart.

It certainly helps in feeling the market anyway.

Still back in demo mode but I am beginning to spot my destructive tendencies a lot more easily now. After placing a trade and watching the charts, I can pinpoint my bad thought patterns and am beginning to rectify them. I finally feel like I am making some progress here - things are beginning to flow.

For sure - will do my best.

The rest of the methodolgy is starting to make more sense now too. I have a very long way to go in practising / perfecting its implementation, but for me, without feeling the flow, it was like being given a strategy to win a swimming race, but being unable to swim. The flow is like a background picture to me, over which you place the strategy (like a see-through template or a map, through which you can see the flow underneath) - I don't know if that makes any sense to anyone.

That's good then. I like dogs a lot more than cats. They learn patterns and follow them, rather than try and lead like a cat. They avoid fighting unless they are sure of winning or have no other option, in which case they commit fully to the fight. A good comparison Gro.

Anyone here short EU. Braking of the lower H4 trendline seem nice oppurtunity and is also in the moment backed with the sentiment and also fundamentals are in favour of euro. regards

5% wat I use to make with small account at time like this,
now bigger account , not that easy , even 1% is hard
hopefully ill get my balls back soon

hi, i have blown 2 accounts already this year.
lol, i keep sending in rescue after rescue. until i get margin call, on both occasions.
there goes my all savings.

- i guess i am not meant for this kind of trading technique. This few days i recap back everything, i realise 'hope' is so strong within me. If i didnt put stop losses, i will never take losses. yes, i never will. Now that i had lost everything, i curse myself for not taking stoplosses, but then, when it was down 50%, i still cling to 'hope'. LOL


-but then, last time when i used to put SL, i might gain 30% and then losses back 30%. But with this technique, i doubled my account in 2 months but it only takes a 'fccking' once in a blue moon go wrong and......

-but of course its all my own fault. *sigh*

Are you sure you trade the trend? This kind of drawdown can only be the result of fighting impulses.
Try to learn to pull the plug at a predetermined % loss and remember not to be rigid as "each candle adds to the picture".


Or, as you said simply abandon the method..

My personal experience - poor reading and understanding of fiber, poor reading yourself. Method is not to bad.

I not you hurt, trying to help you.

I write because I tried different methods.None are sophisticated and the natural as this method.
Not run between methods but to change your thinking.
