Long here also at 1.3555 on IBFX live account. Tempted to close at a profit, but will let run while I go to bed & see what happens.

I am still somewhat confused about how to keep the EA running throughout the day. Could you clarify for me, please? Here are the current settings. Please optimize them.

Close Hour = 11
Hour Start = 0
Hour End = 24

Stop Loss = 50
Take Profit = 30
Trailing Stop = 15

You mentioned a newer version of the EA: 1.04R9 I am currently running 1.04R8. Could you send me the newest version?

I much appreciate what you are doing. By the way, are you familiar with your fellow countryman, Microsuck? He is a very intelligent trader and a very nice guy to boot.

Close hour set to 30 if you want it to open whole day.

Stop Loss = 100 (for R8)
Take Profit = 20 (for R8)
Trailing Stop = 15 (for R8)


Stop Loss = 50 (for R9)
Take Profit = 30 (for R9)
Trailing Stop = 15 (for R9)

set close hour to 30 and you should be good

R9 release date will be on this coming sunday 29-Mac-2009.

safety setting :
default setting

aggresive setting:
turn off MA_Check
turn off SLope_Check

For me,
I prefer risky seting and change the SL to 100 pip and the rest remain the same.
Same thing, DONOT trade on news hour!!!

Looks fun. Is it possible to use 2 versions of the EA with the same brooker but with different settings, one safe and one aggresive? Different Magic number?

Hi guys , Siobi and the rest of this thread.

I read the entire (well most ) of the thread last night. I attached the EA on Alpari demo account EU 30 min with settings as per first few posts by Siobi and I have had no trades in almost 24hrs.

Any suggestions why?

I have the smile face on my chart the template etc, but no action.

Any suggestions are greatle appreciated.

Just take a look at the remark right above the false/true choice: it says set to "True for 5 digit platform"

hi ezzy, true to 5 digits broker.
i'm using ibfx (4 digits broker) and i set it to false.
this ea take not many trade / day....at least during asia session..

Siobi, the difference betwen R7 and R8 are ADX 1/5 min R7 and 5/15 min R8 if I understand correct.
On the first page of this tread it looks like ADX is 1 and 5 min on you attached tumbnails (but Í´m not sure)
If so´Your result is from R7?
