risk on 1k would be 50 pips .. that is initial risk ... after 2nd trade you do not have risk anymore ( due to profitd in bank) .. worst that can happen is you end day at breakeven

I'm just getting acquainted with the regular posters up here on this thread and see a good deal of experience and knowledge. I'm thinking long right now, as the most recent move down appears to be slowing. Still waiting for confirmation on price action though and a close above S1.

I must say that the geppy seems to be an interesting pair and for the last couple weeks has been both kind and merciless to me. As a newbie, still after six months of demo and very small volume live trading, I'm trying to get me feet under me.

Well, maybe long on the wrong, not sure yet. It seems to be holding the barely sub 4200 level. Any thoughts?

BTW, I'll take the trade if I see the trend turn up and I feel right about it, whether anyone agrees or not. I was just curious what others thought and thought I would check in, since I've been hovering for several days anyway.

lol nice call ... about 40 other traders made the same call 10 hours before you .....including me..

as shown on my 1 hour chart earlier 14/8/4/ still in bearish stack .. selling rallies is way to go for now till that changes.

141.50 is major support zone .. breaks this 140 here we come

Mal! Do you saw some movement or buying interest in the last move to 141.50?

I agree on indicators .... but the thing is that wide spread up bar should have been met with more sellers than it was if pros are interested in selling at at higher prices ..... it has drifted down in a flag and not even broken 23% fib of the up move. The volume does not show strong selling interest .

I would look for more of a reaction like we goto n gu 5 min this morning .. like this

now this one i agree on ..... 140 here we come ... break of that we will not see 145 for a while to come that is a fact .

ES getting hit on every rally right now and FAZ ( bear etf for financials ) has strong suggestiong of stopping volume on the daily, Bear market rally maybe very close to being over

very limited .. 141.50 was expected by many and seems there was limited buying as we hit it
