i can upload the code, but cannot seem to attach it, i place it in indicators, but cannot find it once i open back up my MT4, is there a problem with it?

You'll need to compile the indicator first.
* In MT4 go to the menu labeled "Tools" and select "MetaQuotes Language Editor"
* Then open up the indicator you want through the "File" menu. (For simplicity, it would probably be best to make sure you open up the one you copied into the 'Indicators' folder earlier. If it's not there ,move it there. Then open it from there.)
* Once it's open and the source code is in front of you... ( in my code you should see the name of the indicator somewhere in the box of text included in the first few lines, along with my name) , ...you'll then just need to click on the "Compile" button up on the top tool bar somewhere.
When you switch back to the MT4 chart program ,you should be able to find the indicator in the custom indicators list without restarting the program.
BTW, it would be easier if I'd included the compiled file as I did the first version! ...BUT, just about everyone supplies the bare source code such as I have above. Learning to "get it ready to run" (compiling) is handy for all the other indicators you'll come across on the net.

Thanks for these great pivot indicators. I've been using version 1.41 for a while now, and just found the updated 1.42. It looks alot cleaner and that's brilliant. Just one problem though, when I edit the pivot line thickness and save it, and then reload it, the line thickness jumps back to the default value. Is this a potential bug?
Is there a way this can be fixed?

When you change the indicator line types they should stay that way on your chart unless you re-compile. ...or remove the indicator and add it again.

By reload I mean closing Metatrader and launching it again. This also happens when I save my template, load another template and revert to this template. Everything I saved to the template loads fine, all my indicators with settings etc. Except with the Auto Pivot Plotter 1.42 indicator which loads my starting hour, days to plot, and line color settings fine. It doesn't load 'Line Thickness' settings, just reverts to the default value of "3- Thick" setting.

Looking for Pivot indicator with Daily and Weekly and "mid points", with GMT offset option, exported to Mt4 buffers in some encoded manner permitting the data to be imported to an EA using iCustom(). I'm hoping to avoid having to hard code and screen object them directly in the EA, mostly for convenience to keep the indicator modular outside the EA I'm working on.
I realize the number of data points exceeds the buffers provision in Mt4, hence the term "in some encoded manner", wherein the values are packed together within the allowed buffers, to be unpacked inside the EA after iCustom() imports the encoded data.
Anyone have reference to such a pivot tool, or similar, greatly appreciated. Otherwise if someone would do the work, I'll exchange a favor or $pend a dime to save some time.

The 8 buffer restriction no longer applies to the new MT4 build 600+ so a Pivot indicator with all the levels should be able to be coded.
The sun was in my eyes. I had a cold this morning, yeah that's it.Anyone happen to have a conventional pivot tool with daily, weekly and midpoints buffered to indicator outputs for Mt4 600+ build or Mt5, or care to make a buck extending the buffers to iCustom, would be greatly appreciated.
