hi everybody. i just wanted to know is it normal for this ea to have 2 positions open at the same time because it opened 1 sell at 2:00 then a buy at 7:30. Both are still presently open at the time. I am using Alpari also.

I have been testing this live on IBFX. Not 24 hours though so I must be missing all the winners.

I have the same thing going on right now, first time I've seen this with Siobi's EA. The market has been real strange lately, don't know if this is the time to go live guys but you can't win if you don't play.

As far as opening two positions, I'm using the v014R8 also on the AUD/USD and it opened a sell at 11:00, which was down 28 PIPS, and opened a BUY at 16:00, and I have two positions open on that pair now.
On the EUR/USD, it has opened 6 positions, and 5 were 20 PIP winners, and one broke even.
Also tried it on USD/JPY for a 20 PIP winner.

Went live with it last night and has had two trades. One went for 10 pips and the other broke even. I'm using an additional trade manager so most of the time I won't get the 20pip profit but it saves me from the large losses. The version is R8 on a 30min chart.

Thanks, Clear Trade. Posts that show how people have fared, particularly live, are very helpful to me in making decisions. From what you posted, was probably the same two trades my FXDD demo took. As you also have a live IBFX account that's working, that's good to know, too. Just as soon as the fed is done saying whatever it is they have to say today, I'm going to start the EA on my live account. For who knows what reason, it doesn't work on my IBFX demo.

I'm running FXDD Demo and entering live trades to my Oanda account manually when I get an alert signal. Sometimes I get in on the trade a little late but it has not hurt the winners too much.

All of my trades, using this system, have been winners with the exception of one 50 pip loss last night.

hm... since I'm running R9, so the EA do not take this trade.

because overall trend is UP trend, it is risky to take SELL trade...

R9 additional filter
1) 200SMA
2) slope for 1h timeframe
3) previous day Pivot.

It did take sell a bit in a big uptrend on r8. but up 8 pips at moment.....

u just ding me and idea!!!

under the big trend of LONG... once there is a Short signal, why dont the EA take the SELL signal and pickup some quick pip like 10 pip with SL 30 pip?

hm... should give it a try later in R9...

by the way, R9 is now in testing stage... soon will be release before April.

as promised... once a month we configure it.

I think that is solid. If trend is overextended by X amount, can take a counter trend trade for a smaller tp.

Hit 1.3427. SL moved to breakeven. Then a double bottom and out there at BE.

Hi all!

Want to thank everyone for all the hard work that has gone into this system. I have tested many EA's and this is the most promising yet. I do have a problem with it. I have read similar problems posted here, but there are no solutions to date. I am running IBFX, FXDD MT4 terminals.I have checked all the boxes necesary to engage the EA,running both 1M,30M TF, but have 0 trades taken after 10Hrs Any suggestions?
