OANDA - Where are they based?

Im just curious where they are based because I know that when I wired money, the account address was for New York, New York. But when I went to go check my bank account to see the status of the wire, it said that the money was wired to "OANDA CORPORATION TORONTO CANADA. This is the first time I have seen this.

They are based in Toronto Canada

NY is just a field office because I think they keep US customers fund in JP Morgan account
