Well, the thing is... it doesn't sound like you're that serious. I mean why should someone spend their time trading for you if they're not going to get a reasonably-equal share of the reward?

Of course that goes to the bonus. I can see where you'd pay a small base salary plus a performance bonus (that's fairly standard), but the base salary would have to be a living wage (25k a year, at the very least). Do you really want people trading with your money when they're not even able to meet their rent every month? Imagine what kind of stress that'd put on them. Guaranteed failure.

Plus there's the training issue. Training traders is very difficult and time consuming. Even if you have a near-mechanical system. Even the turtles had a large percentage of wash-outs. There is a point where "the system" becomes unimportant and your psychology becomes the biggest hurdle to progress. So the whole "I'll go for quantity over quality" thing just won't work.

That's the 2nd season of Wallstreet Warriors. On there a young lady starts working at a prop firm. Watch it. Note how they don't give a set system, they let their new traders discover one on their own.

While you're at it, read "The New Market Wizards" ... pay attention to LBR's section. Lots of experience on how messy this can get. So people that have kindof "been there" a bit know the level of the challenge that faces you, and it doesn't seem that you're prepared for it yet. Good luck.

BTW, wtf is up with ignorant Americans (who can't even point to China on a map) making fun of people who don't speak English anyway? It isn't even your language, sonny. Add to that, the fact that it is only a friggin language, and the world has many many more.... Fact: Southeast Asians are THE MOST SUCCESSFUL immigrants in America. Go to any corner of the world, and look around. They all laugh at you! Suck on that, stupid!

anyways, pretty soon you'll find out that not everything on the internet you read is serious or even true but i guess you aren't past that stage yet

anyways, the thought of hiring low paying workers first came about when i realized that there are some people that have lives that are stuck either cause they are single mothers or just have way too much credit card debt to actually pay it off. i'm helping them (or will be trying to help them) to make more $ than they could have on their $8/hour job and perhaps get out of their debt cycle. lol you will probably say that im being greedy by not paying them all the $ that they make for themselves but i can't be giving away free $ to everyone... that's what the government is for
