when I'm initially taking a trade that's in progress I use the previous high or low - in this case it was the high. . . I only do this if the risk vs. reward is there. if price goes against me and does not take out the previous high or low and I do not see a 1hr/4hr close above the previous high or low that to me spells failure esp. if the charts are opposite the move. . . at that point I may add to the position as I typically start off with a light position and build from there to have room to play with. . .

Once the move has taken place and is 50 pip below/above my entry I set SL to BE once it is 100 pips below or above my entry I set sl to +50 just to give it some breathing room. . .

139.40/60 should be resistance and is DP. . . a daily close below it should see 138.00 on the way back down to 136 on a break. . .
