Though i happen to be a newbie. I think what i see is a hidden divergence on 1 hr. GJ is finding it difficult to go below the support on weekly. I think we might see a bit of rally, before we go down to test d next support on monthly which currently stands at 135.51 (sma 4), this which we all know might change/repaint over time.

I use Perry Kaufman's Adaptive Moving Average, this i have found to be very useful. It always stand as a very good support/resistance on any time frame

that last spike on the 5min was very high volume and it failed to test the high during the asain session and it was met with a lot of sellers...we may have seen the highs for the day....

ok ...seriously where do you get all that volume data it just blows my mind.

forex is NOT a centralized exchange...

volume in forex is based on spread analysis....not straight volume as used in equities...

that's true. i wouldn't base my trades on it.
i'm just stating that's what's provided, not that it's accurate.

it is true that each mt4 broker charts their own "volume", however platforms like e-signal and ninjatrader have feeds from over 100 sources, so their "volume" numbers are more accurate.

Not anywhere near as insignificant as you might think. Esignal for instance collects data from over 200 different sources.I have compared this data to my simple, (and free) MT4 platform and the data is surprisingly accurate.

But carry on anyway....

then R2=136.55

ES Futures just bubbling along at 722 level at the moment. We've already broken the previous low, so tankage is certainly possible this week. Today's open should be interesting.

Doesn't necessarily mean it will bring GJ down with it though....
