Hidden stops and take profit levels

Is the an EA or a script out there that will hide your stoploss and take profit from the broker?

Swissarmy and Stevehopwood's EA should both have that function.

It is a template with the piece of code for hidden TP&SL!
If you open a code you will see that is a self explanatory
and anyone can stick the code into his ea.

You would have to create a "watcher" for each pip that would then check the levels against your trades. The advantage of having the code open your trades is that you can then use the "Magic Number" to find very specific trades to close out parts of multiple positions or partial positions. I'm pretty sure you CANNOT set a Magic Number with manual trades

Just be advised that this ea tracks ONLY pair from the chart where the ea is atached!!!

I know this is a silly question, but how do you know that the EA is really doing what it's supposed to do when it's on a chart?

Execute some trade without SL&TP.....attach EA to the chart
(pair you traded), put small hidden TP & SL, like 10pips and wait
to see is the EA doing what it needs to do!

I tried it and it works. Have not try using multiple charts and multiple trades open to see if it will conflict with each other.

BTW given your tagline after your nick, this EA would come in handy for you..LOL

How does this work for an ECN broker where I have to place the order without a sl or tp and modify it right after....

I am wanting to add this to a current EA

this is an old thread daddy. but i bet we might be able to do something with the code. if its user side and not too stiff it should work on ECN.
