So there is theory that new company try to work better and harder(and in my life this theory helps me).I selected 3 relatively new brokers:
broco.com(good site, spreads 2+)
almaforex.com(fixed 1 pip spread)
investtechfx.com(spreads 1+, created on the bank's base)
