thanks for that malcolm, i was getting a little discouraged today, every trade i went in ended up going sour...it was quite frustrating so i walked away guess ill just regroup and get back at it.

you all gave up on gj cause she got a little choppy .... ???

been trading off a 3 min chart , full cricle back to my rapid rsi that I used to trade with ... different market condtions require different tools

Am long now. Bullish flag broken on 15m. Gann broken on 1hr, 4hr ema50 tested again. etc.

Looking for a pretty strong push up into Asia....

126.60 has to clear first and there's 'traffic' around 129-130 region, but resumption of uptrend looks in place....

ES (s and p) rallied 10 points on yahoo earnings ? better than expected but still loss !!

come on .. this market is grasping at straws !!!

UK careful on that long ... if swing trading ..... rsx is rolling over on 4 hour .. when I see this in past a 300 -400 pips drop is close

something interesting happened in GU today ... highest 60 min volume all week .. and it could not even break resistance !!! that suggests sellers in the market. I am looking for any sign of weakness

Thanks for the heads up. Am just trading what I see until it decides to change. I'll be out as soon as I see weakness.

I just had a look at the 4hr RSX and although it's entering o/b territiry, I didn't think that was a firm indication of an immediate turn.?

The volume on the 60m however is something I will bear in mind.

not sure this market has been a pain to get to grips with all day ... so I switched all way down to a 3 min chart and jave been playing these lines.

If 125.50 is taken out i think we test 127.50 / 129.85 and 131 could be on cards

very conflicting signals on longer term charts , but us Uk trader said the bull flagf did break to upside , just an odd time of day to do it and based on yahoo news !!!

right now i sold off 126.5

very hard to trade today mate, day like today I havent seen for a while, (couple of months)

BTW. I left, and set my trades on BE.. so nothing..from my short

was busy .. saw it at +50 .... did not close it .. thought oh lovely the Asian 150 pip retracement ...

placed stop +5 , came back saw price starting to move up closed +30 only.

You cannot take eyes off screen for one minute today !!!

yahoo will likely take Nikkei up ... stupid .... losses , but not as bad as expected and market goes wild ....NOTHING MAKES SENSE ANY MORE ... so do not even try to think about fundies !!! lol

trying dangerous sell here 126.50 ... likely get rear handed to me
