That was a fun story. 61,595% gain! Great PR for ForexClub. Serious note, be careful. 95% of Forex Investors fail within the first two weeks. Money Management is key.

Not saying that 65000% is impossible. (Have a winning streak of 15-20 with 80% risk and you will soon get there) But this interview sounds pretty staged.

Are we talking about October 2008? Of course he made money that month. EVERYONE made money that month. I went all in and cleaned up that month. E/U trend was DOWN strong. All you had to do was bet down and got paid. Entry points were irrelevant. If you missed most of Oct and got in at the middle up that run, you made money too!!! I felt bad for trader reading their Stoch, MACD, RSI & and any other Oscillator indicator. A huge bulk of my equity today, is because of that downward fall the EUR had those two months.

This was right around the time, brokers tried everything in the book not to pay traders their profits. A lot of small brokers went out of business because of their traders banking profits left and right. A lot of news at that time reflected on Fannie and Freddie, Banks, Investment Firms, etc going under. and the GOV stepping in.

SEPT-OCT 2008 was my Woodstock, man ...

Believe me, this guy made it! He just made it. It's incredible results and I am 100% sure he got a lot of luck! I personally do not believe that he will do it ever again. That kind of things can happened once in a whole life.
From $300 to 240K in a month!!!

I saw your post on how you turned 1k to 100k in a week.
I never thought it is not possible but i know it will take someone alot of knowledgeand understanding.It also take time for someone to become as good as turning such amount to what it is today.

no i am a banker. if you want to work in nyse, nymex, GS or any hedge fund firms, you have to first get a lot of connections. attend a lot of charities sponsored by wall st traders. usually there are periodical magazines for traders that sponsor this kind of charities, like wall st. boxing match.

i don't know how hard to get a trading job for non-us resident. i think it's going to be difficult, because there are many competition to secure a spot. and company nowadays tend to hire domestic, unless you are an absolute phenomenal. 20%-30% annual return from your portfolio is considered a star.

the best way is to stress why you are better than the rest, by showing your portfolio, your strategy especially your money management.

taking series 3 and 7 is a plus. because if it doesn't work out you can get a partner, gather bunch of investors and explain to them what you are doing. build your own company like forming a partner liability company.
