Indicator for price high low over period

I need an indicator that will draw horizontal lines at the highest & lowest prices during a defined period (start time to end time).

Here's one that works on a day to day basis. Won't work on multiple days as programmed, but could surely be altered.

The Isessions indicator will draw a box around all PA in a given time slot, therefore allso highlighting the high and Low. Use the search function to find it.

For the time range, I really like Trading Session vLines because it extends the range line down to the axis, and writes the time values.

Can i-sessions or breakout box be modified in the same way to write the actual high & low price values on the price axis?
