dbfx and saxo is legal at America?

both bank are not local bank nor have branch bank in America , why they can accept our application ?

I think I finally found a thread to solve one of my bigger questions. A US bank account is required in order to get a forex live account?

Americans can open FX accounts in europe without problem. They cannot open CFD accounts (or any other derivatives on instruments that are exchange-traded in the USA, like crude oil, stocks, stock-indices and so on), because that would cause trouble for the broker with american regulators.

if Americans can open FX accounts in europe, why the UK brokers such as CMC, ODL can not accept American clients now ?

Because they also offer commodity and index CFDs, not only FX.
