This was a nice, no sweat, trade for me. Helps with the confidence levels after the big loss last week.

Hopefully the Equity peek here will get blown through, lol.

From now on I will only be taking trades in the direction of the trend During the Europe/london/Us sessions. Ive realised that my trade holding time is increased significantly after US close due to profit taking and not enough volume to drive the market further with the trend.

Depending on If there is significant S&R ahead of the trend, I may take counter trend trades.

I end today $10 up on the day.

The crazy thing is that it doesnt include the first $800 I made on the original account.

Id be very happy if results continue half as good as Ive been having.

I would have let the last 2 trades (Short AU) go for longer, I think price should reach around yesterdays lows but I have work in 55mins and the market will be closed when I get back.

Here is the screenshot of the trades taken since last shot....

If the price is around thesame area when my broker opens.... Its likely I will be taking a short.

Entered Short at .8987 (EG).

Fingers crossed. I realise it would be suicide to stay short anywhere over 0.9128, so that will be the cut-off for this trade.

Im still in the EG short, at the time of writing price is 17pips away from my cut-off point. Price came within about 4pips of the cut off but for the past 4hours has been consolodating below it, that atleast shows my ability to pick some decent S&R, lol.

Anything can and will happen.

Well, that trade didnt make it. No worries though.
Actually, to be honest, the up and down that ive been having for the past 23 trades is starting to get to me.

Today could be a strange day..... GU is 200pips off being the lowest its seen since 1985. Im short at the moment, not quite sure wether to keep taking my modest profits or let a trade run incase we do get the run down. Id usually target a S or R level, and then wait for another bargain to enter.

Mmmmhh, what to do.

Feeling OK now, I just need a couple of nice wins to get me in to fresh pastures.....

I took a quick trade and now Im going to sleep a little before work.
Im not really interested in trading markets like this with a demo account, the point of a demo is to put yourself to the test, I feel like these very one directional days give faulse hope.

Heres the new equity curve, only $30-40 to go untill im in new ground.

PS. So far, since the begining of testing I have made 105 trades.

Ive been taking a look at Tdions Advanced MM, once I have doubled this account I will go to double it again, but that time using the Tdion MM.

Ill post my exact plan of lots to be used and %s and whatever else once I decide on the optimum. Then Depending on how it goes I will go live with £100-£200 of complete risk capital, Ive been doing quite a lot of extra overtime to pay for this little venture.

It sure would be nice to turn a small stake in to a decent amount of capital. The most money ive ever had of my own is about £1000 at once.

Just to add a little about whats happening with me at the moment:-

I will be going back to college in 8 months, If I get my way I will be taking Economics, Business, computer science and psycology.
I realised afew months back that my life isnt going to change and be what I want it to be unless I take steps to make it happen, MrGreen sent me a link to 'think and grow rich' and I think that sparked things off.
After ive completed college I want to attend University, which one is just a question of what college grades I attain. I think I have an edge over the other students who will mostly be a fair few years younger than me, Ive been living in the real working world for 5 years and understand my options, or lack of.
