Thanks I I have it now mind posting a screen shoot to verify? I still have 14,3,3 changed time frame to 15m do you not need to load it on 1m chart?

Load on 1m... I didn't at first, worked fine. Once the lines went wacked, Deleted, re-loaded....Installing on 1m.....
Just did.

Screen shot? Sad to say I have not posted one yet...
Haven't figured it out yet....

We have had an interesting couple of hours. Missed all the big moves but made a couple of demo trades. Not showing anyone - too embarrassed.
Did sort out the stop loss question. Need to make them larger. That or get in on the top of a good move.

About the larger stop losses, I find that 20 pips is needed. If you look at the m1 or m2 14.3.3 stoch you will find they are usually pretty overbought when the ATM triggers a long, vice versa for a short. You know these wll have to cycle and that is your drawdown. If they are cycling and you see that each cycle is more than 20 pips, you may stop out. On really strong trends this isn't as important, the stochs may cycle but the price moves much more robustly in the direction of the trend than against it during that cycle.

The pre sleep post was 8 hours ago, about 1130 am for me. Just give me a shout, I could use a 100 pip move.

your a brave man, or perhaps intellectually challenged to try to replicate my forex results (if you could see my account statement you'd understand!) I call my chart colors charts for people who enjoy extreme contrast.

Seriously though, the ATM with the M15 stoch really does seem to be winning combo, I have something like 8 trades now, 7 winners. The sidewinder is a bit useful in staying out of choppy times. Still working on stops and TP's. What I did last night was a 20 pip stop, change to +2 at +10 and manually trail at 50% profit. It went as high as +30 with 15 locked in when the price/fast MA crossed the 21SMA and the M15 stoch went (-) so I hit the close trade button for +22. This seems to be sort of a compromise between trailing and watching the chart for indications to bail out.

I have just made the first trade after studying the ATM for weeks.
43 pips. SL at 20 to start then trail. When Blue ate Red, bailed out.
Very pleased with myself, very pleased with TK. Now lets see if I can get the pic up here

that's a great trade. In fact there are three short entries there. 43 pips is a lot I think for this system, many of the moves don't seem to go that far. Good job.

Here's another ATM/M15 trade (that's the short name for TKpower8 ATM trades based on M15 stochs). I went short just above Daily R1 but set my take profit to +20 at just above that level. At +10 locked in +2 then nabbed my TP. Once again, its the first ATM signal down after the M15 stoch crossed below 80.

I think that's 9 winners, one loser for this system.

I'm in the US, EST and usually trade from early morning till about 10pm. Not neccessarily trading the recommended hours for the TKpower8 system.

its a M15 MTF stoch set to 14,3,3 and put on the M2 chart. What I do is wait for it to go over 80 or under 20. When it peaks out from either overmarket extreme to over 20 or under 80, I then start looking for TKpower8 ATM trades. By far the first ATM trade when the stoch does this is a higher probability trade than a random ATM trade. There may be other things to consider when looking for good ATM trades like TK points out in his manual, ie HH, HL or vice versa, etc. This is just the one easy tool which I understand which works for me to tweak this system for me to use it successfully.

Using the 15m stoch probably should help quite a bit as it seems to be helping you out. I've tried duplicating your setting of the stoch that you posted awhile ago. But all I'm getting are the solid and dotted green lines not the maroon line (price/fast ma??). Is there something different that needs changing to get that? By the way, I'm on the west coast of the US.

Any help is greatly appreciated becuz I've found this system to be quite promising and plan to start posting some charts. Are you having any problems getting into the skype chat??

I have a newbie question, possibly related to the one above regarding the stoch. The stoch has four different colors numbered 0-3. They seem to band together, but is there one perticular color we want to look for or just the general direction of all of them? Thanks

Hey, that thin red dotted line on the stoch is must the M2 stoch %k, I'm not sure its useful. Less drawdown on entries where that stoch is not overmarket in the direction of your trade.
