CAN Somebody tell me what are the trading hours

what hours of the day/night there is no activity on the market,now its 01;00 GMT i have no activity on my demo and i read that the tokyo opens 0;00 GMT,this is probably a stupid question but im a noob and this is the only place i can ask

If you click on the Forex Factory icon on the top left corner of your screen, the homepage will come up. On the top left corner of the homepage, beneath the date, you'll see a list of the markets (cities). Click on any one of them and it'll show you whether that particular market is open or closed and its normal hours.

click on the link, down the page there are two downloads,
down load the second one as it can be adjusted to your or any other time zone.
You can pretty much figure out any time question as you can change the local time , like to your server time, and it will show you what time it is where ever you might want to know. Nice display as well.

When in doubt about holidays etc I go back to my old fav and leave it open in a separate tab in Firefox.
