i am opening this up so i can have a place to keep all my charts and thoughts in one place. if you are an experienced trader please feel free to comment so i may learn more each day from people that have "been there, done that".

would this be considered bearish divergence? the volume indicator at the bottom shows lower volume while the candles show higher lows. it also appears that there is a pendant forming. is this a correct interpretation of this chart?

Your trendlines are showing a wedge triangle formation with low volumes and a tight range. Look for a continuation of range trade scenario until a breakout occurs. We may see a head fake down to support where buying interest occurs, then a breakout upward will occur.

What exactly are the MA's telling you? My advise is to remove anything from the chart that you are not 100% sure what you want to see from.

If you can answer to yourself exactly what each indicators purpose on your chart is, then thats fine. If not, then get rid of it.

here is what i am seeing as a possible entry. i believe i will take a small buy position at 1.4020 which allows for the down move mentioned by ovaforty.
