Is it ture that for testing a trading strategy we should do it in the most active time of the market. Otherwise chance would be more involved. Is this true?

if it is solely based on trend following, then yes do it when you obviously would see trends.
otherwise do it at any time, because in the future when you will be trading it, you will be trading it at any given time right ?
In a book the writer says Fibo line should duplicate the support or resistance line. Does it mean they should form the same line, no space between them there? If there is the criterion is not met. Am I correct?
