2009 The truth in forex

Dear santa what i want for christmas, is a system that i can trade and make money. I did not get into forex to trade 10 cents a pip, i will not get up at 2 am to trade chump money. I want a real PRO not somone in demo land. I think i speak for alot of people that want to trade for a living. And no i do not want to join your site for 149 a month thanks anyway. I used to give tidion crap when he picked on people but now i see why this forum is getting rough, people just want to learn to trade. ( bring on the bashing)

People who hang around for any length of time eventually get that about td. Brutally direct honesty is way better than fuzzy nicey-nice touchy-feely horseshit.

Find some good books, learn about the market, use some common sence, LOL.

There is nobody that is going to give you what you want, only your going to find it. If you found something that worked would you shair? I know I wouldnt, not for money nor pleasure, Unless there was one or two people I knew well and wanted to help out.

Im not talking from the perspective of some'one whos got it sorted, because I havent. I too grew to respect Tdion and his posts, it feels good to see someone you consider smarter than you in the same boat, although even he is (i assume) on his way now. Hanover, If I remember correctly he had been studying the markets for several years and is only recently doing well.

Its just a matter of time untill you quit or learn a way to profit. Maby try writing a list of everything that doesnt work and everything you deem to be usefull in trading, then amend it when needed. When youve got a massive list of things that dont work and then cant find anything else to look in to maby its time to quit.

I know none of this helps much, although the list idea Is a good one I think.

I have 2 years of studying the markets and got jack from it, there is no reason for some of the moves i have seen. Now if i worked at a hedge fund and was trading a clients money say 50 standard lots you think i would you some of these absolute crap systems posted here? I swear do these guys hit the bong before posting. My point to this is i think alot of people really want to learn to trade and i do have respect for guys like jako, james and others.
I have tried the naked thing and got whipsawed to death. Follow the big money is what i hear over and over, until your so damn gun shy to even make a trade and watch another account go down the tubes. Maybe its me? Maybe the markets are so violent these days its not for me? how big of stops 100 200 10000000. Give me a break, all i am saying is if you had 100k and traded 5 lots at a time and made money, thats the system i want to learn.

Good luck in your quest....... Even the turtle traders of legend didn't all make it... I think 3 out of the dozen did well the others either barley made it or washed out.

speaking of 2009, have you set your goals for 2009 in that which concerns trading ?
