I see all the people looking for a simple system
when you understand the market you less & less tools.
but until you do you need and want many tools tools

here is the 1st one I used. Its simple but it works very well
and has all the tools newbies love
and it has very clear rules!!

For up trend in Down trend do the opp right???

its really is as simple as tools can be

1. trend
the 50ems .. only trade when you see a trend
ie. price over the 50 & the 50 not flat.

2. Stop loss find the last Swing low put your SL 3 pips below.
use the fractals.
(keep moving up the SL as price move to the next Swing low
this is one of the 2 exits ...price will take you out.. )

3. Enter using the 5.3.3 Stoch ONLY buy when coming out of the oversold.. its all you use it for.

4. Exit using the 15.3.3 Stoch ONLY exit on the coming out of the over buy zone ... its all you use it for.

That's it

I am surprised no one is using this one system
So last night I traded this system all the trades are from last night.
all pips are from last night.

The only diff is I didn't use the 14 stoch
rather I used S/R as targets & trail stops

anyways where is what it looks like
and below are the closed trades and open ones
this is a great little system if you need tools!!

Can you go into a little more detail on your method, I see you have a 5min and Daily chart. Also are you drawing in your buy and sell zones are is there a indicator that does that

Thanks
Mitch

Set-up
1. One mid size ma say a 50 ema
(I think I had a 60 sma on this chart .. doesn't really matter)
2. Stoch 5.3.3 normal settings 80 & 20 lines

trend :
you only go with the trend of the mid MA
1. price on the right side of te MA
2. the MA not flate

enter :
1. when Stoch is overbuy in a down trend
2. and coming out ( from the 20 or 80% )

exit :
1. One you can use the 14 stoch
2. keep moving the Swing highs down - until price takes you out.
- you have two Swing shown on the chart you could use here
- the two yellow lines

Last night :
But I went to bed last night so I simple aimed at the Distant S/R
& put on a trailing stop.

Teb: I feel as though I'm a newbie because if I ever make any money in forex it would be a new thing for me. What I don't understand is why you show the Daily when using a 50ema on the 5M. Confusing. I firmly believe that price action alone is all that is needed but I have never been able to master that. In the meantime this looks good. Thanks for posting, p.

p.s. pls keep your comments and charts coming, a big help.

The 4 Hour is giving a lot of signs of up.

1. The 50 ema
2. Trend line
3. Stong area of S/R
4. the Stoch looks like its ready to turn up
5. The candle formation

We might well be looking to go up next week?

what do you think?

TEB, this looks simple enough, I will give it a try next week and see what happens. On the 5_min chart EURUSD the 50sma is diving below pa so my guess would be looking for long at least to start with. The ma trend line is almost flat so I will wait to see some direction.
