hi guys, what about trading this today? any ideas...the forecast is 0,2.
in most of cases there were usually higher actual number than the forecast.
so i can guess about 0,5 ....

share yr ideas....thx

take a look at bottom line, there is more than 3 topic already created for this news, you can ask your questions there instead of opening new thread and i think that would be better for some people to make attention... only my guess

that is only guess nothing else, which is made for historic charts and averages...maybe it is wrong...but i am for positive numbers

0.5 was probably not enough to sustain a move....there was a short spike in the the NZD/JPY about 34 pips...nothing earth shattering I guess.. But it is some pips none the less if u got in quick enough

0.5 IS a big deviation for this one. The revision was NZD negative though so restraining the movememnts.

Revisions was a big thing on UK and US news... perhaps it is slowly creeping into the NZD news....so THREAD CAREFULLY!

BK quick question if u don't mind....what did U have as the forecast fig? I know FF had .2 just wondering coz the consensus varied a bit..

My clues (instinct) were:

1. NZD Rate Hike suggesting high inflation; high inflation is always equated with robust economy.

2. Last RS was 0.7 - that was for December. 0.2 for January is way too low.

I was hoping it to be 0.4 or better.
