Ok, i've seen Twees comment on f4mnects profile, and I understand his point, even more after being tricked by CD.
I only ask for a chance to f4mnects to explain himself, since he does have a long post count and from that we can get a better idea of his bias in this mess.

Until this whole matter of V2 came up and questions about price/etc none of f4mnects posts where signs of a setup to me...

I ask in this trash bin is to at least give a chance for f4mnect put his side of the story.

Fair question... Let's see- he lied about who he is... he used FF to promote a commercial product that he said he would not charge for... He tried to hide the fact that he wouldn't answer questions regarding such charges by closing down his skype chat... When he was banned here, he changed his name and logged in under the new name in an effort to circumvent the moderators at FF. I'm sure there are more, but it's all I can think of at the moment. I wonder if he'll even hold his webinar now...That would open up a new can O' worms...

Hi jshear, what is the benefit of us having the locked version? Is that the only one that will work with RR's EA? What about the V231? (other than the fact that it signals every 5 seconds I mean...)Will the EA you posted work, or does that locked version require decompiling in order for it to work?

Hi no the EA works on its own and has functions of the filter built into it. The open version of the filter is V 231. I suspect its the same as CD is selling that is locked. The locked version is posted to see if someone can unlock it and post it unlocked!! Good luck!!

Is this the latest version that he is selling for $97.00? because if it is... I think he has fine tuned this one compared to the last one because i compared some charts with the first version you posted jshear and it is definetly different.... I just went back to his site to see the pictures to compare charts and he says his deal is sold out and he removed the charts from the page...

All we need now is for someone to decompile it and remove the losck then we all can see this for what it trully is... Please let me know if anybody wnats to decompile it to see the difference from the version he gave you some time ago with the source code...

Hi All, we have evidence that F4mnect is part of Candian_Dude's internet marketing team, and his behavior fits the evidence. Does anyone have evidence that he is not connected to Canadian_Dude? The only thing being said is that he was a helpful member. Most of the scams on Forex Factory are conducted by the most helpful members, it's more of a red flag than anything. Just look at how helpful Canadian_Dude was. We are not into banning innocent members, but right now everything is pointing to F4mnect being part of a larger scam that we are still investigating. If you know something we don't please email me directly.

Roger might be his nickname and his real name is most likely Jean-Patrick Bisson. Not sure but I have a good reason to believe that it is his real name. Anyway what a scammer!

I hope everyone will get his money back from Paypal very soon! Why? Because he has not even made the system himself, it looks like he collected free systems posted by people to make this "magic" indicator.

And I vote to get F4mnect back again!

HI i dont have much posts but i know im a great help here or trying, F4Mnect never said anything bad or good about CD after the incident and he never promoted anything or gave sign hes part of it, he has his own system and i myself use it (FREELY) F4menct makes enough money he doesnt need to do what CD did, as CanuckCT states above in YOUR OWN RULES ....

PLEASE RE-INSTATE F4Mnect (that is if he returns after what happened)

i dont have anythign against CD especially since his V1 is way better than v2 LOL !!! ..............

lol I think this is all very funny. I saw threw Cd quite a while back. But lol the reasons I did what I did are not quite what you all think. LOL 1st and fore most I'm Cheap. plain and simple...2nd I'm a inventer, I take things apart and see how they work and then try to either make them better or make them do something else( forex is no different for me). This was but another toy to see how it worked and learn from it. I started seeing threw CD when after his thread was posted , he really did not support the thread and relied on a few other's to and most of his insight was not very deep, not deep enough to have built this himself. Which does not bother me. I'm very different from most traders. I have never spent a cent online for anything forex related, I have bought books that are forex related, but there is nothing online that cost money thats worth anything in my belief(related to forex). Anything and everything you will ever need to trade forex is online and free. You just need to know where to look and make the effort. CD is a business man, I'm not offened by that. He has a product which he has every right to sell or do as he pleases with it. Now using FF to gain a mailing list was wrong and not right at all. But I had nothing to do with that. You say I was undercover looking to exspose him, Not really, Me and CD chatted. I wanted to see and test drive his set up. He did not bring20me into his inter circle, I was never told before hand that he was going to sell V2. He only offer me it last night to see what I thought and If I liked it maybe I could just be at the seminar and offer a little support. OK now this might need to be deleted, what got me in trouble before. But yes I traded the filter last night and this morning. It was profitable, I banked 70 pips trading it by the rules( his entry , my exits, his exits I would have banked 24 pips) and off his set up. It's settings are very different than the one posted in this forum, It's signals are different. I sent CanuckCT a screen shot to show the 2 indicators signals side by side. But also know I never released V2 when I got it, was not here to screw Cd(sorry it's just not my style) ohh and today the filter wouldn't run on my account, lol life time ban, branded a scammer and I got 12 hours of play time with the filter. tiss life, But know it's not for me to screw CD and release his fitler, I won't be decompiling it and posting it. My set up rock solid, I'm banking pips and I'm happy as hell. Thanks everybody for your support but really with or without FF my life and trading will go on. If anything I'll be more focused with out FF.

I sent out an e-mail detailing this, but thought I'd post it here too. FACTS: when I sent my e-mail to CD asking to be notified about V2 I stupidly included my phone number in the signature line. Late last week I get a robo-call telling me I need to call such and such number about an "urgent" matter having something to do with some money matter. So I call and get a recorded message saying if I know the extension then dial it now, so I do and get the same message again saying if I know the extension to dial it, or hit zero or stay on the line. So I hit zero and get a message telling me to leave a detailed message identifying myself and giving my "global account number." Not knowing what this is I simply leave my name and phone number. I get the call again the next day, same thing. Again today, same thing excpet by now I am simply ignoring it. I see the area code is 905. I look this area code up and it belongs to Ontario.

Is this a coincidence? I don't know. All I know is that the timing of it all, coupled with the area code being from Ontario, the place where you-know-who is apparently from, and this apparent forex scam suggests quite strongly to me that you-know-who is behind the phone calls too. I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this too as perhaps it is legit and something I should take care of.

yes but how, what is he talking about. other than posting in his thread and about a 1/2 a doz times talking to him in private, i've done nothing. Monday night he asked if he could test the netmeeting software with me and if i did he would give me ver2. but nothing else i swear lol. i'm a trader, where my income comes from. i have never sold anything, lol search out me on internet, u will find i'm pretty boring

What an absolute fascinating story thats unfolded here ! more twists and pikes than an Olympic Diver, more sub plots and turns than a Hitchcock movie. its brilliant ! it would make a great book or movie, but one main ingredient is missing. Who the hell is CD, his real name and his background. and who are on his team. is F4 a member or NOT? who else??? great stuff. a bit distracting from Trading, tho.

oh... CD you fu**ing blew it. you had one of the most successful threads going. everyone was eating out of the palms of your hand. you could have reaped the benefits by doing something useful and above board !! you could have sold you filter and made nice profit, if you did it legitimately and not underhandedly. Alas you DID NOT !

ok... how about that filter????? does it work or not????? well for mine from the one snap shot i have seen i think it DID do a reasonable job of keeping you out of that bottom ranging whipsaw'y area !!!! isnt that what is was supposed to do??? also the next move up, sure it missed part of the good move up, but again it seemed to get you in on the pull back of a reasonable uptrend. again isnt thats what its meant to do.???? get you into trends that are reliable, sustained and continuing, that dont whipsaw.?????

we gotta go test this filter some more. many of you have pooh-poohed it already. from the snapshot JShear showed, i reckon it did ok !! sure not as many pips on the good moves BUT a saving of whipsaw pips on keeping you out of bad trades = overall better profit (possibly). Go look at the chart snapsoht again.!! Sure one good chart of trades, a good filter DOES NOT make. but hey, i for one am going to have a better look at it. why not???

anyway my 2c. has anyone unlocked or decoded the final version, as JShear version may nave been an earlier one and it may have changed.

I would wait until after the seminar, more versions to unlock.

We hear you guys and F4mnect's ban is under review. Please give us a little time so we can get our information straight.

Fyi, the 'evidence' we have is not hard facts, it's information that was given to us by more than one FF member. This information was given to us before the blowup last Sunday, and when F4mnect began promoting the V2 product we viewed that as confirmation of the allegations. It's certainly possible that we got this wrong and the association is as shallow as explained by F4mnect above. If so he will be reinstated with an apology. We just need a little time to get more information before making that decision.
