Waiting on the breakout below 134.00 but the futures are recovering..I guess they priced in the expected numbers...IMHO..lockin pips and run...

WOW you are right, but I closed 2 long scalps on GA for 70pips.. now I am aside.. (traded only on my crazy account.. not regular)

USD/JPY is lower after the number with barriers at 91.75 taken out. More sit at 91.50. The JPY"s progress is being slowed by excess gamma from options and fear of BOJ intervention ahead of the key 90.00 level. Macro funds and traders are already short of USD with trailing buy stops about a big figure higher (92.65). Overnight importers were buying USD but this was more of a timing issue than one of opportunism. The need for funds over year-end is creating artificial demand for USD and this will not fade as a result of the payrolls numbers. The drop of 533K drop was largest drop since December 1974. However, the unemployment rate at 6.7% is lower than the 6.8% forecast. Treasuries are moving lower as trades unwind and more stimulus is factored in. Going forward, short covering into the latter part of the day can be expected.

Hello,

my spread on GA is now..22 pips , but in some moments 50 and more..
I am out of that pair..only pros can do it, I believe Very difficult..
are You using that doske scalping??

Odd reaction so far but the stock market isn't open yet sooooooooo. . .

Closed both positions for a quick 100 pips total.
Waiting for the stock market to open for my next positions. . .

Currently down about 2%, the reaction could have been a lot worse. Of course we will have to wait for the real market to open in another 22 minutes, but something seems oddly placid in the reaction thus far. Perhaps the market was prepared for a terrible number and is now looking at opportunistic level to act on? Time will tell. We're just 28 minutes into the action...
