Kevin: How are you trading the basket using the Dow/$ inverse correlation along with the other indicators?
One thing I have tried, with some success, is look at recent trend of usd/jpy before NY open. Using what I learned from your post: Since usd/jpy is highly correlated to the Dow, that also means that usd is inversely correlated to usd/jpy.
Therefore, just before NY open, if recent trend of usd/jpy is up, = USD down: then go basket long, or if recent trend of usd/jpy is down, = USD up: then go basket short. Can also use USDX and futures to confirm.

this may be a bit redundant but i can't get my charts to look like yalls. when i load the templates they don't come out right. can some one please post both the template with the orest ea on it and the template for each individual pair. i think i got the first one right but i can't get the individual pair to match yours
Latest development: I'm working with Orest to modify his indicator so it serves our trading purposes better and helps extract more profit from each move.

I don't have any problems with indicators and templates etc with MT4 but I need some help with what indicators go on what charts.
Is there a main ref chart with certain indicators on that alerts you to a particular pair's trade then you go to the individual chart with certain indicators on to place/manage that trade etc?
I've looked through the threads but nothing jumps out with that basic information.
Basically, how many pairs do we open and what indicators and templates go on the various charts?

Hello Gray, to follow LateComer's insight method of trader101 you need 2 indicators: Basket_indicator from trader101, BuySellBasketTotalv2 from MrPip(forgot who was the original) and 1 EA T101_v1.14[1]_Orest from Orest (this EA is not making trade for you. It acts as an indicator). All of these tools are available from the first two post of LateComer. You can add these tools just like the posted pictures on all 15M TF chart. The EA and BasketBuySellTotalv2( lookback=16) go on GJ, Basket_indicator (default setting) goes on every other pair. Join the Skype chat room for more interactive trading advices from Kevin or others. The main chart for monitoring is the GJ, and follow the trade rule by Kevin. (Trade at your own risk! Demo if you are just starting out this method). Hope it helps.

I have the Orest EA attached with the smily face, mbasket indicator and the Buy Sell indicators all attached on a chart in an IBFX mini account. Since Sunday evening T values have been showing only 0 in all time frames and the Buy/Sell shows "none". What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me? I tried the Skype chat, with no luck so far.
