I have problems with my broker too - "requote", "off quote", "please wait". Off quote is very interesting - I have it when the market sleeps . Now I had 1 min "wait" for execution of instant order. Very bad - that was my profitable trade and I missed it

... really guys, dump your broker if you get this requote BS.

No broker is perfect, but Interactive Brokers are the best in my experience (and that of many others), but have $25k minimum trade size : I have heard good reports about both Oanda and EFX; if you need an MT4 broker, I think Harold4X has a good one on the Key to the Mint thread.

The great thing about IB is that you have a truly Universal account - you can trade just about any kind of instrument (stocks, bonds, options, futures, cash fx etc) in ONE account. If you want more sophistication than their Traders Work Station platform, there are numerous 3rd party add-ons (I use NinjaTrader with data from IB, allowing me to trade right off the chart).

is that a regular trade for you? I am confused because the SLH is without bar with HH. I was short, but closed after the doji.

That looks like a good LH trade for me, nice one.

I have opened an acc with FXPro. So far so good, acc was OK'd very quickly and a credit card deposit appeared on the account within an hour or so. I've done 2 quick trades for almost 50 pips with no problems, must be said a very small account whilst funds from 2 closed accounts are flying around the world and goodness knows where at the moment.

Their spreads are fantastic, so far often 1 pip or below on eurusd, 1-1.5 on gbp and around 2 for eurjpy.

On top of this I opened the account via a rebate broker and these spreads appear the same. With the rebate the spread will be crazy low.

Sorry forgot to mention if you see a LH like this thats really just a 1 candle bounce in the opposite direction you can apply exactly the same trading principle of 5 ema lh/hl from 1 min chart, works very well also.

Completely unacceptable requotes far beyond anything ever experienced before with any broker. Not one or twice but 10-15 times in a day.

Still waiting for my money. They say they pay out to paypal which after a week they haven't and don't say what info they need to make it happen. So I sent in a request for a normal wire transfer. Its a big company so I'm not worried about my funds but service levels are poor.

Hopefully back up and running on Monday.

No surprises that you are getting trades every day with this strategy, they are there every day. Good luck going forward.

I took this trade with the guys in the Force 5 min trading room, see link under forexjedi's name to enter http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=120606. Please if you see this and decide to have a look into their trading room its a strict discussion of that system ONLY, thanks for respecting that.

The 7 am gmt candle was a spining top. The 8 am gmt candle on 5 min chart was a lower high. I did wait a pip or 3 for price to go below the pivot 1.3914. In view of the support over the last week or so I exited at S2 1.3840, it seemed like a reasonable place of course price then collapsed, all in all it was still a good low risk trade.

Sold the lower high close of 14.40 candle just below 1.4593 targeting S2 at 1.4516. Lower high plus force system.

I missed trades this morning the macd coloured versions I had were really messing up the speed of my computer so I've moved to a normal macd and must just look a little closer for force signals.
