and yet this EA is not reliable as it works only on GJ

Modeling quality is a measure telling you how accurate your data is. If the program has to guess what the data should have been, the modeling quality decreases.

The EA concept is simple

if the current trade value is less than previous day close then short else long

no indicators used here.

the worst part is, it gives a good curve up then a spike down to 0

well the EA DOES trade only in a sequence of buy, then sell, etc.
