Very good point but look at it this way if data starts to come in and it's "not as bad" as what's being priced in (so far) then it will bring buyers back to the market into risky assets which UJ will probably lead the way. . . The sell off to me was more panic selling than anything. Also, weekly and monthly look a bit OS so price may have to retrace a bit before heading to new lows. The medium-term trend is down and I see new lows coming soon toward 129/128 area. . .

Also, I would think we won't see major declines in price until the DOW is back below the 8,000 mark. . .

Here is a monthly chart I posted a few weeks back so it wasn't a surprise that price hit the 148 area as can bee seen in the chart and as I stated last week-short was the way to go and selling rallies was the play (i see short people -) and patience was the name of the game. 134/128/129 is forthcoming but a leg back up may be seen 1st or if data is worst than what's priced in then we may see new lows sooner than later.

Some may not believe this but the past always gives clues to the present. . . JMHO!

Chart is as posted a few weeks back- check my post to verify. . .

it looks like it wants to go up more. i was bullish earlier but for now neutral.
well see if it can or stall out.

I usually get few good trades around this time but today all negative.
Don't know how to understand this market or just stay away.
