I wish I knew that.. but you have to be careful as it is a clear bullish signal right now, however there's a strong resistance at 224.20, and keep in mind that usdjpy broke the 116.20 support after 8 attempts. Thats a significant bearish sign. Unless the pair breaks that resistance, its still a bearish sentiment in my opinion. Although it looks like the time to cover your short has already passed.
