I want to start my trading journal. Initially I have $400 with Oanda. I deposited my live account on Monday 11/10.

Below is the result, up to today. I will post my entry later on.

11/11 Beginning balance: $435.32.
Ending balance: $449.53. PL gained: 3.26%
11/12 Beginning balance: $449.53.
Ending balance: $681.89. PL gained: 51.69%
11/13 Beginning balance: $681.89.
Ending balance: $847.35* PL gained: 24.26%
(* as of 3 pm EST. I might trade more in the evening later on)

Today, I mainly trade on AUD/JPY

Today's trading on 4 pairs. aud/jpy eur/usd gbp/usd and gbp/jpy.

I took a screen shot and made some comments on how I played the eur/usd just until at the end of afternoon session.

5 shorts and 3 longs, 7 winner and 1 loser. +155 pips

Hi melb, your charts (the one here and another one in Jacko's thread) are great. Please do post more.

And I would also appreciate if you could explain a little bit more about your entry, like how did you enter short right at the candle after the one that made swing high? In other words, how do you know a swing high is being made at the time of your short entry? The timing is amazing.
