Here is the same setup I use on my live account. Put Both templates in the first template folder. I use the blank templates on currencies that are not between the white lines. I change this when they meet that qualification. Put close all in script folder. Put 100-40 EA in experts folder. Put PB autopivots in indicators folder. Put 100 40 folder in the profile folder and you should be ready to go. The profile includes the 8 currencies I trade with at this time. You will be using the same screen I use.

Ok I told you guys earlier, I was working with some new math. Of the different ones I tested this one did the best. See chart below. It works on .05 first level but multiplies by 1.3. This allows us to do some things we couldnt do before. For instance we increased the range of the EA from 40x8=320 to 25x15=375. This may not sound like much but on the lower ends where the majority of trades are instead of trading .01 you are getting .05 or 5x as much. You also are reentry at smaller numbers so the retrace does not have to be so big and the retrace goes back into profit quicker because you are getting 4 trades profiting per hundred instead of 3. The higher levels will make less money and the top levels will even lose a small amount where the top levels in the 100 40 that was where the bigger money was made.
Here are the 15 levels:
.05, .07, .09, .12, .16, .21, .27, .35, .45, .59, .77, 1.00, 1.30, 1.69, 2.20

The Eur/cad had one trade go 13 levels and the profit on it was 57.82 no currency went over 13 levels. Compare that with USD/JPY 3 level trade profit was 16.83 and a 5 level trade profit was 26.45. During the week 56 .05 trades were profitable while there were only 7 trades that went level 9 or higher. It is obvious that is where the money should be made. So I made it that we can make minimum .05 a trade and more at the lower levels. Here is the chart starting at 3000 on Monday and it increased the account 33% in one week or 1073 dollars in one week. The big news is you dont need to hang onto trades that look ugly. You also play the slow currencies.

Put the EA in the experts folder. The 2 templates in the first templates folder, The 100x25 profile in the profile folder, close all in the script folder and the Autopivots 4.0 in the indicators folder. Again enter your trades when price is between the 2 white lines. If it isnt use the blank template until price does and then put your EA template on the currency screen.

Good luck and post the results. Unless the market makes a sudden change in structure again. That should do it. Happy pipping.

When I load the template for 100/25 .05 the white lines that you're supposed to trade between don't show up on my chart. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Make sure you have the PB autopivots 4.0 in the indicator folder. If it is not there they wont show up. Restart your MT4 and try again. If it doesnt work I will download my download and see whats up.
I figured it out. Had to go to 1hr. chart to see autopivots. Couldn't see them on daily. I have the EA up with a smiley face but no trades have been activated. Should trades begin right away or might it take awhile?
100/25 not working on the following pairs- CHF/JPY,AUD/JPY,EUR/JPY, and EUR/AUD. Smiley faces are on the charts but no trades. Works on all other pairs I've tried. Do you know what the problem could be?

It has the 1H 1D agreement before entering in the programing. It is a 1 median crossing the 7 Open on the 1H. and price crossing the 2 on the daily.

EA is opening trades every 30 pips. Is this what you wanted or did you want 25 pip levels?

Here's a one time promo of your new 100+80 expert to encourage others to follow the new thread link. I've only run it one day but like the hedging format of a buy and sell on each currency that kept the required margin to $28. The days profit was +$144 with no drawdown using the default .01 lots on IBFX mini account. Gotta love that low margin requirement.

Have you done any estimates on how many $1000 in the account per .01 lot traded is acceptable? I'll probably bump up the demo to .03 next week. Bad idea?

I noticed you've included the EURJPY and USDCAD. Is the theory that the hedging function will moderate any wild runs they may take?

With all your clever computations I've wondered if you're a math teacher?

At the time I posted that EA I did not have any indicators with it but the PBauto4.0 found in the last two downloads posted would also work with it. Start your trades between the two lines. Also you can use the blank template on currencies that do not meet that requirement. When they do you can then turn the EA on.

It should be every 25. Let me double check and make sure it is set that way. I wont be home all day because I am a judge for an english contest today so it will be 24 hours before I get to it. Sorry.

I have taught math but at the elementary level. I come from a family of engineers and teachers so it is in the blood. Yesterday was a slow moving day but that is the kind of info we need to find out. I originally started with .05 on that one and the returns were so scary I changed it to .01 You know the old say, if its too good to be true ................... With the 800 pip range of the EA I decided those currencies were worth looking at with that system. This next week I am going to try a demo run using the close all with a 75 dollar profit and see if that prevents the long run. All trades would start over and if that works we would then virtually eliminate the death trade and large margin usage. Just a thought LEO. Also, you know about the 101 strategy, those currency matches automatically hedge themselves so then that might work with the 100/80 also. Just some of the things I am thinking about.

Your right it is a 30, sorry. I must not have liked the results of 25 so I reset it to 30. Since all the postings and test results were for the 30 I will rename the 100-30. Since it is a 30x15 it has a range of 450 instead of 375. However it still gives me my desired results of 4 levels taking profit, 100,70,40,10. I will see if I can rename the post. I am going to stay with the format.
This is why I post some of my EAs to have others help correct my mistakes. I can't change the download now but I will have to refer to this 100/25 as really 100/30. Maybe refer to it as the 100/25oops/30 Same principal as the 100/40 but with greater range and more profit at the lower levels. I just changed the math in it thats all.

Unless I am missing something, isn't this ea much more risky than the original 100/40. The reason I say this is because the lot sizes in the higher levels are much higher than the original ea. I think a death trade would do a lot more damage with this ea.

That is also why we dropped almost all the currencies except the slowest 8. They are the only ones staying within range of the EA. We also are giving them more room to maneuver. Again you will be more willing to cut a trade off short if you know you can make profit at he lower levels. That is the whole theory behind this. If you stay between the green lines of my indicator you are doing just fine. If you are between the green and pink you can cut it off if you are going the wrong way. The recovery time is much quicker on the cut off trades so now you should be more willing to do that. That is my thinking behind the new numbers. Good question.

We can lesson the damage by using fewer levels. I can post that if necessary. 11 levels would give us the same range as the 100/40. Also, you must remember, this new math is new. I am letting you test these new ideas with me instead of waiting for months of testing like I did with the some of the other EAs.
